01Expected behaviour
Members are expected to behave with the professionalism, discretion and generosity of spirit that characterise senior executives of standing.
02Respect
Treat every member, guest and member of the Ethos team with courtesy and respect. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not.
03Inclusion
The Collective is enriched by diversity of background, industry, geography and thought. Behaviour that undermines the dignity or participation of any member on any ground is incompatible with membership.
04Harassment
Harassment of any kind — including but not limited to sexual, verbal, written or physical harassment — will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension pending investigation.
05Commercial etiquette
Do not use The Collective for unsolicited selling, bulk outreach, recruitment approaches to other members'' teams without invitation, or any purpose incompatible with the community''s ethos.
06Reporting concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that concerns you, please contact a director of The Collective in confidence at directors@ethostalent.work. All reports are handled discreetly.
07Enforcement
Ethos will investigate reported concerns fairly, considering the perspectives of everyone involved. Outcomes may range from a private conversation through to formal warning, suspension or termination of membership.
08Suspension
Where necessary to protect the community or to investigate a concern properly, a member''s access may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
09Removal
Serious or repeated breaches will result in termination of membership.
